JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
2.Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
3.Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
4.Break projects into doable actions and set time frames
5.Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
6.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
7.Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
8.Help prepare budgets
9.Analyze risks and opportunities
10.Oversee project procurement management
11.Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
12.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
13.Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
14.Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
QUALIFICATION
DIPLOMA,HND,DEGREE O OR ANY RELEVANT FIELD
MUST ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
