JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
2.Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
3.Performing administrative tasks
4.Overseeing employee health and safety procedures
5.Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
6.Updating job requirements when needed
7.Contacting applicants references
8.Performing criminal background checks required by company
9.Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
10.Advising on company benefit needs or evaluating benefit contract bids
11.Covering all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements
12.Maintaining employee records and paperwork
13.Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
14.Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
15.Representing employer in community and recruiting events
16.Overseeing social events
