1. Observing, monitoring and recording patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respiration’s and weight.
2.Communication with patients, relatives and carers.
3.Assisting with clinical duties.
4.Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety.
6.Promoting positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients.

DIPLOMA, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE
Basic computer skills
Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy (“bedside manner”)
High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
