  1. To overview and ensure the smooth operation of all the activities of the front office
  2. To monitor and review the checklist of all the arrival and departures
  3. To give a warm welcome to all the guests especially the VIP’s and to provide them with the best possible services
  4. To handle the booking and reservation duties and to resolve issues if there are any complaints, especially about the quality of services delivered by the staff members
  5. To work as per the instructions given by the front office manager and to organize and coordinate all the front office duties
  6. To supervise the front office staff and to ensure that they adhere by the rules and regulations of the hotel and to make sure that discipline is followed by all the staff members
  7. Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
  8. Ensure your shift team have an current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
  9. Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day
  10. Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
  11. Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program
  12. Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
  13. Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest service
