JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Description: Client Service Officer
This is a full-time role and you will be responsible for client administration as well as provide support to management and colleague staffs with that “x” factor.
Qualification:
This role is ideally suited for a person who regards herself as a top-notch administrator and loves helping clients meet their goals. It requires HND or First Degree in a related field, with at least 6 months work experience.
The role is an ongoing day to day client service and may include overseeing that the following tasks are being managed:
1. Clients contact, concerns and requests
2. Work area
3. Back office
4. Email /Letters/Calls
5. Weekly Team Meetings
6. Internal process contributions

5. Develop good relationships with clients and follow staff members
